Concussion: Hitting Your Head on the Glass Ceiling

The event will be a panel discussion about the challenges facing women in the workforce. This event will provide crucial knowledge and awareness to both genders on the issues of discrimination, limited upward mobility, and inequality in pay. The panel will feature Connecticut State Representative Mary Mushinsky, Southern Connecticut State University Professor Jennifer Guarino and Southern Connecticut State University Alumni Kristen Pavlik.   The panel will be moderated by Southern Connecticut State University students Tenzin Namdol, Pat Comerford and Gabriela De Jesus.
