Well, my generation spends nothing in comparison to the health care system’s wasteful spending. Americans spend $2.3 trillion on health care now and costs are rising. Insurance companies are reaping all the profits, while our quality of care is plummeting and 46 million people remain uninsured.Young people like me account for one-third of the uninsured, so it is essential that we pass health care reform so that we have coverage and lower health care costs.
