If Bill O'Reilly truly wants to run "no spin zone" on his show, he should make sure of his facts. Falling right in line with conservative talking points, O'Reilly falsely blames the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), which was designed to help minorities buy homes, for the financial crisis. First, let's make it clear that the CRA does not apply to private mortgage lenders. Second, more than 80 percent of the subprime loans were made by private mortgage lenders. It is perfectly clear that the CRA cannot be the cause of the financial crisis and Bill O'Reilly is spinning like crazy.

Tell Bill O'Reilly to Stop Spinning the Blame!
