Tell Your Tech Company: “Make Your Products Fully Conflict-Free with Minerals from Congo”

In January 2014, Intel became the first and only company to offer a fully conflict-free product containing clean minerals from Congo. Now is the time for other companies to do the same. Take action now by sending a message to some of the world’s leading companies, asking them to join Intel and become conflict-free and source from Congo.

We need your help to get electronics and other companies to make fully conflict-free products and to source clean minerals from Congo. As a consumer, you can influence industry leaders as they make two critical decisions: whether or not to go the full 9 yards and make a verifiably conflict-free product like Intel did in early 2014, and whether or not to source conflict-free minerals from Congo. If they take those steps, they will help change the business environment in eastern Congo away from a war economy and toward a legitimate minerals trade that can improve conditions for Congolese communities. Your voice matters in helping them make the right choice.
